Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the luxury property sales team in Lagos, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth for off‑plan residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
• Lead, train and motivate the sales team.
• Generate and convert qualified property sales leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, HNIs, investors and business partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective follow‑up.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and oversee negotiations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in off‑plan luxury real‑estate projects.
• Proven end‑to‑end real‑estate sales experience in the luxury residential segment.
• Strong existing network of high‑value buyers, investors or HNWIs.
• Deep knowledge of the Lagos luxury real‑estate market, especially Ikeja GRA and surrounding prime locations.
• Experience engaging and converting affluent clients.
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
