Sales Manager – Building Materials & Real Estate

About the role

Ascentech is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales efforts in the building materials and real‑estate sector across Lagos. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Generate new business and nurture relationships with contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, project managers, and other key clients.
• Identify and monitor major construction and real‑estate projects throughout Lagos.
• Manage, coach, and grow the sales team to meet individual and collective targets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close high‑value deals, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in building materials, marble, tiles, construction, real estate, or luxury interiors.
• Proven record of sales growth and new business acquisition.
• Strong existing network among contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
• Experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Excellent knowledge of the Lagos construction and real‑estate market.
• Highly target‑driven, proactive, commercially minded, and results‑oriented.
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel extensively across Lagos.
