Sales Executive – Residence & Citizenship by Investment

About the role
Bridgegold is expanding its Lagos office and seeks a confident Sales Executive to promote international residence and citizenship by investment programmes. You will work directly with affluent clients and families, guiding them through the investment process.
Key responsibilities
- Handle qualified enquiries and conduct investor consultations.
- Present suitable programmes, explain costs and address objections.
- Follow up consistently and convert prospects into signed and paid mandates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with the central operations team.
- Develop referral relationships and generate new business.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ direct sales experience in residence and citizenship by investment.
- Proven sales track record with affluent clients and families.
- Excellent English, professional presentation and disciplined follow‑through.
Required skills
- Practical experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales support.
