Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Executive role at Baay Realty is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The incumbent will generate leads, conduct property viewings, nurture client relationships and close sales in line with company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospecting new clients and following up on inquiries.
• Preparing presentations and proposals for potential buyers.
• Conducting property viewings and showcasing offerings.
• Nurturing client relationships and closing sales to meet targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of contacts and transactions.
• Collaborating with marketing and operations teams and staying informed about market trends.
• Representing Baay Realty at client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion skills with proven target achievement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of real estate concepts and local market dynamics.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in real estate sales or customer‑facing roles in Nigeria (advantage).
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ibadan.
