Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

TAM Search is seeking a Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads, present and sell properties, and build client relationships in Lagos. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive sales performance and achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and site visits.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand property trends in Lagos.
• Present, promote, and sell the company’s properties and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow‑ups and exceptional service.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Coordinate property viewings and site inspections, and provide accurate information on pricing, features, availability, and financing options.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• 2–3 years proven sales experience in the real‑estate industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos property market, including key locations, values and trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills; self‑motivated and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
