Sales Executive

About the role

Neo Homes Limited is seeking an energetic Sales Executive to drive property sales and generate new business opportunities in Abuja. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process and representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and property events.
• Promote and sell the company’s properties, land, and real‑estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, viewings, and site visits for prospects.
• Maintain a up‑to‑date database of prospects, clients, leads and sales activities.
• Negotiate offers, close sales in line with company policies and pricing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and collaborate with marketing and customer‑service teams.
• Represent Neo Homes at exhibitions, seminars and networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in a target‑driven environment (real estate preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja real‑estate market is an advantage.
