Sales Executive

About the role

RealtorMax Project International Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote its fractional real‑estate ownership products in Lagos. You will work directly with prospective buyers, guiding them through the sales journey and helping them understand the benefits of shared property ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through online, offline, referrals, and networking channels.
• Engage customers to assess their property‑ownership needs, budget, and preferences.
• Present product features, ownership structures, pricing, and payment options.
• Conduct sales presentations, follow‑up calls, and meetings to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closed sales.
• Achieve individual targets for lead generation, conversion, and sales volume.
• Collaborate with sales, customer experience, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer objections to improve the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• 0–1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
