About the role
We are a non‑banking financial institution focused on insurance, health, and asset management, known for customer centricity and operational excellence. The company is looking for a Relationship and Marketing Specialist to strengthen its market presence. This role will involve generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Generating leads to create a robust sales pipeline.
- Meeting or exceeding defined sales goals on a regular basis.
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients to secure new business.
- Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Delivering sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Visiting existing and potential clients to assess needs and promote products and services.
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating the CRM system.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients.
