Sales and Marketing Engineer

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Engineer will drive new business growth for Fullmark Group of Companies in Kano and the wider Marina region. Combining technical knowledge of manufacturing products with strong sales acumen, the role bridges engineering and customers to deliver tailored solutions and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, starting with Kano State and expanding across the assigned region.
• Meet sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and detailed sales documentation.
• Understand product specifications and explain technical features to non‑technical clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits.
• Provide technical support and after‑sales service to customers.
• Gather market feedback and competitor information to inform strategy.
• Liaise between clients, the engineering team, and production to ensure requirements are met.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
• Fluent in Hausa and English.
• At least two years of sales and marketing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
