About the role
Jimbeba Communication is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Associate to drive elevator and escalator sales in the Abuja market. You will build relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and construction sectors and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and secure new clients for elevator and escalator sales.
- Build relationships with property developers, architects, contractors, and real estate companies.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Follow up on prospects and close sales.
- Achieve a monthly sales target of 2–3 elevators.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in elevators, construction, real estate, or technical equipment sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
