Sales and Commercial Manager

About the role

Khadasha Innovations Africa is seeking an experienced Sales and Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy for high‑value property developments in Lagos. You will drive revenue growth, build a robust pipeline, and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve property sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Identify new market opportunities, investor networks, and high‑net‑worth client segments.
• Build, manage, and optimise a sales pipeline from prospect identification to deal closure.
• Oversee transaction negotiations, pricing structures, and sales agreements.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, institutional investors, and real‑estate brokers.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the commercial sales team, setting KPIs and conducting regular pipeline reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in real‑estate, with a proven record of closing high‑value transactions.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of the Lagos real‑estate market, especially the Lekki/Victoria Island corridor.

• Strong executive presentation and client‑consultation skills.
• Proficiency in commercial strategy, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting.
