Sales Agent - Mobile Installment Financing

About the role

Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment product nationwide and is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Agents. You will be stationed at designated 3C HUB retail outlets, engaging walk-in customers, promoting the phone financing solution and guiding them through onboarding and application.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage walk-in customers at 3C HUB retail locations to promote the mobile installment financing product
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria and financing terms clearly and professionally
• Assist customers with onboarding, application submission and required documentation
• Answer customer inquiries and address concerns to ensure a smooth experience
• Work with store staff and operations teams so loans are processed and approved efficiently
• Track daily leads, applications, conversions and other assigned sales metrics
• Follow up with pending customers until applications and approvals are complete
• Ensure compliance with sales guidelines, customer verification and KYC requirements
• Represent the Flexi MFB brand professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking or telecom product sales is an added advantage
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with daily customer contact
• Basic understanding of consumer lending and mobile phone markets preferred but not required
• Computer literacy and effective use of smartphones or digital onboarding tools
• Result-driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets
