About the role
Catilas Resources Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to join its automobile team. You will build relationships with customers, understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of automobile products, features and benefits.
- Proactively approach potential customers through dealership visits, cold calling and networking.
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable automobile options and facilitate test drives.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting targets.
- Maintain sales records, prepare activity reports and collaborate with other departments for a seamless experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in automobile sales or a similar role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and work well in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using CRM software.
