About the role
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining operation, ensure high service standards, and drive profitability. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, manage staff, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant staff and coordinate training programs.
- Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses to meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years (or more) of experience in a similar restaurant management role.
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Required skills
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Thorough knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial statements.
