About the role

Key responsibilities

• Search for or upload qualified candidate profiles.
• Select open positions from the RecXchange marketplace.
• Utilise AI‑powered matching tools to pair candidates with roles quickly.
• Collaborate with other freelancers or work independently to close placements.
• Earn a commission when a placed candidate is hired.

Required profile

• Motivation to work independently with full control over schedule.
• Interest in talent acquisition and willingness to learn the platform.
• Ability to communicate clearly with candidates and hiring teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with basic ATS or CRM concepts.
• Comfort using AI‑driven recruitment tools.
