About the role

We are seeking a remote Chemistry Specialist to support product development, quality control, and process optimization for our clients. This contract position offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate, allowing you to apply your expertise from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses and experiments to support product development and quality assurance.
• Design, execute, and interpret complex laboratory experiments involving synthesis, reactions, and separation techniques.
• Document methodologies, data, and findings with precision to ensure reproducibility and scientific integrity.
• Critically evaluate experimental outcomes and propose improvements or new investigative approaches.
• Communicate results clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Contribute domain expertise to enhance AI training datasets and reasoning capabilities.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Chemistry or a closely related field (PhD preferred).
• Extensive hands‑on experience with wet‑lab techniques, experimental design, and laboratory instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of chemical reactions, analytical chemistry, and best laboratory practices.
• Proven critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities in research or applied chemistry settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary projects is a plus.
