Remote Chemistry Expert (PhD)

About the role

We are seeking remote Chemistry experts with a PhD to help fine‑tune large language models. You will design advanced chemistry problems, evaluate AI responses, and collaborate with researchers to improve benchmark datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Design challenging chemistry problems covering chemical engineering, biochemistry and related domains.
• Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions with rigorous logical reasoning.
• Assess AI‑generated answers for accuracy, completeness and quality of reasoning.
• Work with research teams to refine benchmarks for undergraduate to PhD‑level chemistry topics.

Required profile

• PhD (pursuing or completed) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in advanced chemistry topics.
• Excellent written communication skills to provide structured feedback.
• No prior AI experience required.
