Relationship Officer

About the role

The Relationship Officer will join the Growth and Wealth Management team to drive client acquisition and portfolio growth among High‑Net‑Worth Individuals and institutional investors. This position combines financial advisory expertise with strong relationship‑building skills to achieve Assets Under Management (AUM) targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new HNI and institutional clients to increase total AUM.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring high service standards and retention.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and recommend suitable Regius Assets products such as mutual funds, fixed income and private equity.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes and competitor offerings to provide timely advice.
• Cross‑sell additional financial products and services to deepen client relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records, prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with KYC and onboarding documentation.
• Represent Regius Assets at industry events, networking forums and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management or private banking.
• Proven track record of managing HNI portfolios and meeting sales/AUM targets.
• High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential client information.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with a polished presence for C‑suite and HNI interactions.

• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing client pipelines and interactions.
