About the role

We are looking for a target‑driven Relationship Officer to acquire, onboard and manage FMCG distributors in Port Harcourt. The role focuses on field sales, customer onboarding and driving product adoption.

Key responsibilities

Acquire and onboard new customers and distributors.
Complete and verify KYC documentation.
Drive gross merchandise value (GMV), product adoption and portfolio growth.
Build strong customer relationships through regular field visits.
Monitor repayments and escalate any risks.
Provide market insights and activity reports.

Required profile

1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, micro‑finance or lending.
Strong sales, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
