Relationship Manager – Banking

About the role

Polaris Bank is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to join its Lagos branch. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understand their financial needs, and deliver tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of individual, SME and corporate clients.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate banking products and services.
• Provide guidance on the bank’s digital platform VULTe and other financial solutions.
• Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate client records and monitor account performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer relationship management within a financial institution.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and deliver measurable results.
• Customer‑focused mindset aligned with professionalism and integrity.
