Regional Security Lead (South East)

About the role
Moniepoint is looking for a Regional Security Lead to protect its South East offices and assets. You will be the primary guardian of physical security, ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers while supporting the company’s mission of financial inclusion.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and enforce security policies across all Moniepoint locations in the South East region.
- Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and design mitigation strategies.
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule private security guards and armed police personnel.
- Serve as the main liaison with law‑enforcement agencies and emergency services.
- Lead investigations of security breaches, accidents, and incidents, producing factual reports.
- Develop and deliver training programs on safety protocols for security staff and employees.
- Monitor and integrate security technologies such as CCTV and access‑control systems.
- Provide expertise for asset recovery and fraud investigations when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading security operations or teams.
- Proven ability to manage private security guards and coordinate with armed police.
- Strong liaison skills with law‑enforcement and emergency responders.
- Experience conducting security risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Ability to design and deliver security training programs.
