Regional Marketing Specialist (Northeast)

About the role

The Regional Marketing Specialist will act as the strategic bridge between Moniepoint’s central brand directives and local market execution in the Northeast region. You will drive brand dominance, customer acquisition and measurable growth in market share through localized campaigns and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quarterly regional marketing calendars aligned with the national strategy while tailoring to local cultural and economic nuances.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, perform monthly reconciliations and ensure vendor compliance with procurement policies.
• Track Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and analyse ROI to optimise spend.
• Implement brand standards across branches, ATMs and signage, and oversee local media buying such as radio, billboards and community sponsorships.
• Design and execute high‑energy neighborhood activations to generate leads and provide sales collateral.
• Build relationships with local traditional rulers, trade unions and community leaders to facilitate market entry.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in financial services, FMCG or telecommunications.

Required skills

• Data analysis for performance metrics and cost‑per‑acquisition tracking.
• Event & project management for large‑scale activations.
• Vendor management and negotiation to secure optimal contract terms.
