Regional Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Coordinator to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, and community organisations in the Marina region. The role will support the delivery of Alpha Courses and related initiatives, driving community transformation through faith‑based programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain partnerships with churches, ministries and community organisations.
• Promote, coordinate and support Alpha Courses and related initiatives.
• Organise training sessions, workshops, outreach programmes and volunteer activities.
• Provide guidance and ongoing support to partner organisations implementing Alpha.
• Monitor programme performance, track key metrics and prepare periodic reports.
• Identify opportunities for regional growth and increased participation.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and strengthen relationships with key partners.
• Represent the organisation at meetings, events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in programme coordination, community engagement or ministry leadership.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and achieve targets.
• Passion for leadership development, community transformation and faith‑based initiatives.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
