Recruitment Intern – Minna, Niger State

About the role

Join One Acre Fund’s Young Professionals Program as a Recruitment Intern in Minna, Nigeria. You will support the hiring engine by handling administrative tasks, candidate communication, and data management, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing agricultural non‑profit.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recurring administrative tasks to keep recruitment operations smooth and ensure 100% data accuracy in trackers and documentation.
• Facilitate candidate screening, including CV long‑listing, interview scheduling, and timely communication to deliver a world‑class candidate experience.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, update applicant statuses, and extract data for weekly reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment flow and assist in rolling out new tools or process updates.
• Coordinate interview logistics, ensuring interviewers have necessary materials and candidates are well briefed.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and provide operational assistance to the recruitment team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and eligibility to work in Nigeria (citizen or permanent resident).

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
• Basic data analysis skills to spot patterns.
