About the role
Betternship is seeking a Recruitment Associate to join its on‑site team in Ibadan. The role supports end‑to‑end talent acquisition for both client projects and internal positions, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Key responsibilities
- Post job listings and source candidates across multiple channels.
- Screen applications, conduct initial assessments and interview candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update stakeholders on progress.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
- Support broader talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent interviewing and screening abilities to assess fit against role requirements.
- Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR practices.
