Recruiter – Talent Acquisition & Email Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and drive new client acquisition through targeted email marketing. The role is based in Port Harcourt and will support both internal hiring needs and external client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline segmented by skill set, seniority and industry.
• Track recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM and produce weekly pipeline reports.
• Research and identify target companies aligned with the firm’s niche and prepare proposals, pitch decks and service agreements.
• Own the email‑marketing infrastructure: manage lists, segments, templates and ensure deliverability.
• Set up automated email workflows triggered by prospect behavior and analyse performance.
• Present monthly performance reviews to leadership with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or high‑growth startup.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new client accounts.
