About the role

Emerald Realty & Construction Limited is hiring a full-time, on-site Realtor Sales Associate in Port Harcourt. The role covers prospecting and engaging potential clients, showcasing properties and guiding them through buying, leasing and selling real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present property listings and conduct property tours
• Manage client inquiries and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide quality customer service throughout the transaction
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, attend meetings and support business development in the Port Harcourt market

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills, including responsiveness, professionalism and client relationship management
• Knowledge of real estate and real property, including local market trends, property valuation and regulatory requirements
• Sales skills such as lead generation, presentation and closing techniques
• Negotiation skills to secure favourable terms ethically
• Prior experience in real estate or related fields is an advantage; professional certifications or licenses are preferred
