Real Estate Marketing Specialist

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is seeking a dynamic Marketer to promote residential, commercial and investment properties. You will work closely with sales, legal and property management teams to drive leads and close transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote properties through social media, referrals, networking and listing platforms.
• Generate, follow up and nurture leads, arrange viewings and conduct property inspections.
• Provide accurate information on property features, pricing, locations and terms.
• Negotiate prices, rental terms and other transaction details on behalf of the company.
• Create engaging listings, advertisements and promotional content.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain an updated property database.
• Achieve assigned sales, rental and revenue targets and prepare regular performance reports.
• Attend networking events and exhibitions to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in real‑estate marketing or sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real‑estate market and property marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
