About the role
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Marketer to join our team in Lagos. The role focuses on generating and converting leads for land sales within our estate developments, helping us achieve monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate land sales leads through digital marketing campaigns and offline networking activities.
- Conduct on‑site inspections with prospective buyers at our estate locations.
- Present property details, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet set monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of proven experience selling estate lands in Nigeria.
- Ability to work independently and source high‑value buyers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Entry‑level qualification as stated in the posting.
