About the role
Vala Homes Ltd is seeking a proactive Real Estate Consultant to source and inspect residential, commercial and land properties across Lagos. You will play a key part in expanding the company’s property inventory while providing accurate market intelligence to clients and management.
Key responsibilities
- Source residential, commercial, and land properties for sale and rent across designated locations.
- Conduct field inspections, capture photographs, videos, and gather relevant documentation.
- Research property prices, market trends, rental rates, and competing listings.
- Verify ownership, location data, and property features before listing.
- Prepare and submit detailed property reports to the management team.
- Accompany prospective clients on inspections and provide accurate information about available properties.
- Monitor competing properties and produce regular market intelligence reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sourced properties and inspection activities.
Required profile
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of Lagos locations and property markets.
- Ability to conduct independent field research and inspections.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Lagos for inspections and property sourcing.
