About the role

T.E.A.M Nigeria Ltd. is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on construction projects in Kazure (Jigawa State) and Zaria (Kaduna State). The role involves assessing contractor payment certificates, preparing take‑offs from drawings and reviewing payments while conducting frequent site visits.

Key responsibilities

Prepare accurate take‑offs from construction drawings
Assess contractor payment certificates
Review subcontractor payment applications
Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress
Measure and document construction activities
Analyse bills of quantities for earthwork, pavement, permanent way, and structural works
Coordinate with project engineers on quantity issues
Maintain records of variations and change orders

Required profile

Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in quantity surveying software (Microsoft & Autodesk)
Solid understanding of construction drawings
Ability to work on multiple sites
Attention to detail
