About the role
We are looking for a Quality Control Officer to ensure our manufacturing lines operate efficiently and produce products that meet quality and efficiency standards.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Understand the customer's needs and requirements to align production processes accordingly.
- Coordinate employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams to maintain workflow.
- Perform some business administration and human resource duties as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong observational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance relevant to manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret scientific and technical data.
