About the role
The Quality Assurance Officer will ensure that Culate Wears Limited's products, services, and processes meet established quality standards, supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect products and monitor staff compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Identify errors and operational gaps, document findings, and investigate customer complaints.
- Recommend corrective actions and conduct regular quality checks.
- Prepare inspection reports and follow up on identified issues.
Required profile
- A minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of quality control principles.
- Organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and monitor policy compliance.
