Project Site Supervisor

About the role

The Project Site Supervisor will lead on‑site activities for Vintage Court International Limited’s real‑estate developments in Port Harcourt. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role ensures that construction work meets quality standards, stays on schedule, and complies with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Monitor workmanship quality and progress against the project programme.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct safety inspections and address non‑compliance.
• Prepare and submit regular progress and incident reports to senior management.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
