Project Manager – Real Estate Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee daily operations on our real estate construction sites in Lagos. The role ensures projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage daily operations across assigned construction sites to keep projects on schedule.
• Contractor Coordination: Supervise sub‑contractors and artisans such as masons, plumbers, and electricians to ensure quality workmanship.
• Material & Cost Control: Monitor delivery, storage, and utilization of construction materials to minimize waste and prevent inventory loss.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect structural work and finishes against standards while enforcing basic site safety (HSE) rules.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs and prepare weekly written progress updates with photo indicators for management.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
• Experience: 2–4 years of active experience in real estate development, building construction, or site supervision.
• Attributes: High level of integrity, physical stamina for site rounds, and strong crew management capabilities.
