Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within our education-focused initiatives. The role involves overseeing timelines, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of programme launches and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, deadlines, and action points.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project or programme management, operations, or implementation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum methodologies (certifications are a plus).
