Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT and telecom projects for TITA Universal Services Limited in Abuja. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Organize meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support the development and implementation of project strategies and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,000 to NGN 400,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
