Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join Droomwork Limited in Port Harcourt. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering projects within the recruitment sector, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Assign tasks to team members and track progress across project teams.
• Monitor project budgets, deadlines and overall performance.
• Organise meetings, manage stakeholder communication and provide status updates.
• Identify risks, delays and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule and agreed standards.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• PMP or other project management certification is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion.
• Collaboration platforms including Slack, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
