Project Manager – Interior Decoration

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead interior decoration projects for our clients in Port Harcourt. The role involves overseeing project execution from design interpretation to final delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage interior decoration projects from inception to completion.
• Recruit, hire, and oversee skilled artisans to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to align project goals.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to clients.
• Interpret architectural drawings accurately and ensure compliance.
• Utilize major architectural and project management software to plan, track, and control project activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing interior or construction projects.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology or related discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and client liaison abilities.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and technical expertise.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major architectural and project management software.

What we offer

• Contractual engagement with a monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000.
