About the role
FJD Home is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Lagos. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. The position is based on‑site, offering the opportunity to contribute to high‑impact building projects. The role requires strong coordination and financial oversight to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Track progress, identify and resolve issues or delays.
- Manage client and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor costs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare regular project reports and documentation.
- Lead negotiations, conflict resolution, and procurement activities.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
