Project Manager (Capital Projects)

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of capital projects from concept through commissioning and operational handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality. The role also optimises outcomes through strategic planning, value engineering, risk management and stakeholder collaboration to support long‑term reliability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Project Charters, Execution Plans and baseline schedules.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, QA/QC and HSE activities.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and contractor submissions.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule and change control, including contractor claims and variations.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans and conduct lessons‑learned reviews.
• Lead stakeholder coordination meetings and monitor progress with MS Project and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company governance, engineering standards and HSE requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and oversee commissioning, testing and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 10–15 years experience delivering industrial, commercial or residential projects.
• Minimum 5 years managing multidisciplinary capital projects.
• PMP certification preferred.

• MS Project for scheduling and progress tracking.
• QA/QC processes for construction quality assurance.
• HSE compliance and safety management.
