Project Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Associate to support the planning, coordination and delivery of a variety of projects across our technology and product teams in Abuja. The role involves translating business objectives into actionable plans, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, work plans, task lists and deliverables.
• Assign tasks, follow up with team members and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate communication between management, internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior management.
• Identify risks, delays and challenges, proposing effective solutions.
• Organise project meetings, document decisions and action points.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
• Support marketing, technology, product development, events and partnership initiatives.
• Conduct research and gather information required for project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, marketing or technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handling multiple tasks under pressure.
