Professional Driver – Project Transport

About the role

We are seeking a reliable professional driver to support project logistics in Lagos and across Nigeria. The role involves transporting personnel, visitors, equipment and materials safely to designated locations while maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport project personnel, visitors, equipment, and materials to designated locations.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, roadworthiness, and proper maintenance.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, including departure and arrival times, mileage, fuel consumption and other required records.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations, company policies and project HSE requirements.
• Report vehicle faults promptly and coordinate routine servicing and maintenance.
• Support project logistics and other transportation‑related duties as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and high customer service standards when interacting with staff, clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Nigerian Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• At least two years of professional driving experience, preferably with a corporate, construction or infrastructure organization.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and interstate routes across Nigeria.
• Willingness to travel extensively and undertake long‑distance driving.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of handling extended driving assignments.
• Must provide at least two credible guarantors.
