Professional Driver – Guest Transportation

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and courteous driver to provide safe transportation for our guests in Lagos. You will be responsible for handling ride requests, ensuring timely pick‑ups and drop‑offs, and maintaining a high level of service that reflects our hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and respond promptly to guest ride requests through the company platform.
• Pick up and drop off guests safely and on time.
• Provide professional, courteous, and friendly service to all guests.
• Follow assigned routes or use navigation applications to locate destinations efficiently.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Follow all traffic laws and company transportation policies.
• Handle guests' belongings with care and report any lost items.
• Maintain accurate records of trips and other required transportation activities.
• Ensure guests have a comfortable and satisfactory transportation experience.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate of Education).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar driver role.
