Production Manager – Bottled Water & Soft Drinks

About the role

Viju Industries Nigeria Limited is seeking Production Managers for its bottled water and carbonated soft‑drink plants located in Kwali (Abuja) and Ikeja (Lagos). The positions are full‑time and involve overseeing the entire production line, ensuring that all operations meet the company’s strict quality and safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth workflow. Candidates will be expected to drive efficiency while upholding the brand’s reputation for high‑quality, affordable beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the complete bottled water production line, from raw material handling to final packaging.
• Organise daily production schedules and adjust workflows to meet established production targets and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee carbonated soft‑drink manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and product specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline).
• 3 to 8 years of experience in production management within the beverage industry.
• Demonstrated familiarity with bottled water and carbonated soft‑drink production processes and manufacturing workflows.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bottled water production processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of carbonated soft‑drink (CSD) production techniques and quality control.
• Ability to manage and optimise manufacturing workflows in a high‑volume plant environment.
