Product Manager – Wealth Management & Private Banking

About the role

Renmoney is looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead the design, launch and growth of wealth management and private banking solutions. You will shape product strategy, drive asset accumulation and ensure the offerings meet the sophisticated needs of high‑net‑worth individuals and SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage products such as fixed deposits, bonds, commercial papers and high‑value savings accounts for retail and premium clients.
• Conduct market research, analyse competitor offerings and translate insights into product road‑maps.
• Monitor performance metrics (growth, adoption, profitability, cost of funds) and adjust strategy to meet AUM and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with digital, compliance, operations and sales teams to ensure products are secure, scalable and regulatory compliant.
• Provide training, tools and product information to relationship managers and sales teams.
• Prepare business cases, manage regulatory submissions and oversee quarterly product reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development or relationship management within wealth management, private banking or financial services in Nigeria.
• Strong understanding of financial market trends, regulatory frameworks and wealth‑management instruments.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
