Product Manager

About the role

Passa, a fast‑growing fintech company in Lagos, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and scale its product roadmap. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn user and business insights into shipped features.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap based on user and business needs.
• Write clear specifications and maintain the product backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features.
• Analyse product metrics to guide decisions.
• Gather and prioritise stakeholder and customer feedback.
• Communicate roadmap progress to leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or consumer tech.
• Strong analytical and prioritisation abilities.
• Proven experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data.
