Product Manager - Front-End Channels (Mobile/Web)

About the role

Renmoney, a leading Nigerian fintech, is seeking a Product Manager to own its mobile app and web platforms. You will shape the user experience for loans, savings, payments and account management, driving growth and engagement across its digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision for mobile and web channels aligned with business goals.
• Lead UI/UX redesigns to improve usability, accessibility and inclusiveness.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize features and manage sprint delivery with engineering, QA, DevOps and business analysts.
• Use customer feedback, usability testing and analytics to optimise onboarding, navigation and feature adoption.
• Increase conversion and engagement metrics for loan funnels, savings and transactions.
• Collaborate with lending, risk, customer service and marketing teams to ensure scalability and regulatory compliance.
• Plan beta roll‑outs, production releases and emergency hot‑fixes.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as activation, MAU/WAU, churn and drop‑off points using analytics tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or digital banking.
• 3+ years managing mobile and web platforms with demonstrable growth results.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, mobile/web architecture and Agile methodologies.
