Product & Growth Marketer – Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Product & Growth Marketer to accelerate user acquisition, activation, retention and revenue for our fintech solutions. You will own the full growth funnel, bridging product, marketing and sales to turn insights into scalable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing fintech products.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel growth campaigns (paid ads, social, email, referrals, etc.).
• Analyse user behaviour, optimise conversion funnels and run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and sales teams to align growth initiatives.
• Identify and test new acquisition and retention channels.
• Track, report and act on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rate, churn and ROI.
• Craft messaging and positioning that resonates with target users.
• Gather customer insights to improve product‑market fit.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in growth, product or performance marketing, preferably in fintech or tech.
• Strong understanding of the acquisition → activation → retention → revenue funnel.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
