Product Designer

About the role

Tuteria is seeking a Product Designer to lead and own design across its core platforms, Tuteria and Medbuddy. You will drive the design process from discovery through delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives, establishing standards, processes, and documentation.
• Manage end‑to‑end design projects, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct user research, develop personas, journey maps, and translate insights into design recommendations.
• Create intuitive user experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI for web and mobile.
• Develop and maintain a shared design system, ensuring consistency across brands.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and external partners to review and approve designs.
• Plan and execute usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of product design experience, preferably in education or SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead design projects and mentor junior designers.
• Strong user‑centered design mindset with experience in research and testing.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to cross‑functional teams.
